POSH INNOVATIVE DESIGNS LTD., warrants that its POSH BRASS HARDWARE Residential Products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship.  As long as the original user occupies the residential premises upon which the product was originally installed.  If a product fails due to defects during the warranty period, POSH INNOVATIVE DESIGNS LTD., sole obligation at its options, is to either repair or replace the most nearly identical product that we sell at the time or refund the original purchase price, provided that original proof of purchased is shown.

POSH INNOVATIVE DESIGNS LTD., will not be liable for any labour charges or freight costs incurred in connections with repair or replacement of a product.  Our sole and maximum liability for defective goods shall never exceed the cost of the subject products.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

1. Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse or accident occurring, during or after installation.
2. Defects resulting from any dodification or improper installations.
3. Improper torquing (tightening) during or after installation.
4. Improper door preparations.
5. Use of residential grade products in commercial applications.
6. Product installed in exterior applications and/or exposed to the outdoor weather or elements.
