For product purchased, the finish shall be free from defects in material an workmanship from tarnishing, flaking, and discolouring for a full three years from date of purchase. “For Interior Use ONLY.”
Not cover under this warranty:
- Product which have been scratched or abraded.
- Products installed in exterior application and or exposed to the outdoor weather or elements.
- All living finishes, which are specifically designed to wear over time (I.E., Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish).
- Polished Nickel Finish.
Maintenance or cleaning of the finished items is the same for each piece – to remove dirt or dust, use only a soft damp cloth with warm water. Never use solvents, abrasives or alcohols, as they may compromise the stability and overall appearance of the finish. Failure to properly adhere to these guidelines will void any warranty.
POSH INNOVATIVE DESIGNS LTD., makes no other warranty and all implied warranties including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of the expressed warranty period as set forth above. The company’s maximum liability hereunder is limited to the purchase price of the product. In no event shall the company be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental or special damages of any nature arising from the sale or use of this product, whether in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise.
This limited warranty is in lien of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of fitness and merchantability. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.
